A group of inspiring Australian students have been selected to represent the country in Mission ShakthiSAT, an ambitious international space education initiative bringing together young women from 108 countries.
The Australian delegation will travel to India to participate in the next critical stage of the mission—working alongside students, scientists, engineers and mentors to experience satellite development, testing and integration.
For these students, this is far more than an overseas trip. It is an opportunity to represent Australia, build advanced STEM skills, collaborate across cultures and see themselves as future scientists, engineers and space leaders.
Why We Need Your Support
AIMERS Foundation is raising funds to help cover the international airfares required for the Mission ShakthiSAT Australia team to travel to India.
The cost of international travel can become a significant barrier for students and their families. We do not want financial circumstances to prevent a deserving young person from participating in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

• Return flights between Australia and India
• Essential travel-related expenses
• Baggage required for educational and mission materials
